This module is based on a video produced by the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference. It explains the process of Vos Estis Mundi as legislated by the Pope in May 2019, becoming universal law on 1st June, 2019. It focuses on the clear and proper process of reporting crimes of a sexual nature involving minors and vulnerable adults.

About
Vos estis lux mundi is a motu proprio by Pope Francis, promulgated on 9 May 2019. It establishes new procedural norms to combat sexual abuse and ensure that bishops and religious superiors are held accountable for their actions. It establishes universal norms, which apply to the whole church.
Module Details
This module is in two parts and is based around a video introduced by Bishop Robert McGuckin, Chair, Episcopal Panel for Canon Law. Further explanation is provided by Fr Ken Café, Convenor, Vos Estis Lux Mundi Working Group.
